"Our independently owned small business has been doing business with TCS Telecommunications Systems for more than 20 years. Lyman Jackson sold us our first multi-line phone system and upgraded it to a reliable, bullet-proof digital system prior to 2010. It is still functional and has been adapted to handle phone traffic as our company has grown. TCS now supplies and manages all of our IT network and phone needs. Jeff Jacson has also provided excellent training on performing basic maintenance on our own systems. Pricing is always fair, reflecting an understanding of small business realities. Someone at TCS is always available to respond to service requests, even when their staff is traveling out of town. We have never waited longer than a few hours for an initial response. New equipment orders are usually filled within a few business days, and service requests are usually taken care of within a day or two. Responsive, friendly and competent! Businesses seeking a service provider need look no further than TCS."
